On June 14th, for the first time ever, the Lorne area hosted a ATV Club 2000 VTT rally.

The Lorne area is part of our club yet, the trails in that had not been maintained in a number of years. Over the previous winter, club member from Lorne requested that their area be included in a summer club rally and with the help and organization of local volunteers we were able to update the trail system in time for the Father’s Day rally.

It was a complete success!

Thank you to the volunteers that mark over 85 kms of trail along with the sponsorship of local businesses giving donations for prizes.

The rally brought us to see Antinouri Lake, a beautiful location that few of heard of, and we visited many of the well maintained trails of Club 5 – Chaleur ATV.  During the rally we had an opportunity to ride over the huge bridge project Chaleur ATV just recently completed.  It was fantastic.

All in all, it was a fantastic ride and are planning to return to that area in the fall. Looking forward to seeing you then.

Father's Day Rally

Joining the fun at the Club 3 Salmon Festival rally.

On June 28th, we had 11 club members join the festivities at the Salmon Festival rally hosted by Club 3 – VTT/ATV Restigouche. We started at the Knights of Columbus Hall and enjoyed the scenery along a large loop covering some of the trails maintained by Club 3 and Club 4.  Along the way we stopped at Centre Plein Air in St-Arthur then continued the run towards Crooked Rapids (Upsalquitch River).

Another fantastic ride with great people to see beautiful locations to fish, camp, boat, swim, etc. …. just wonderful day.

Looking forward to seeing you at the next rally.
